The Huffinington Post says that the idea in this TED talk by Brene Brown is one of the most important ideas of 2011. I've lived on both sides of what she is talking about, and my feeling is stronger. I think it is one of the most important ideas for a better life... ever. And it fits in this month's them of self-honesty.
